Karen Buechler

Dr. Karen Buechler is Principal, IP and Technology at SEP. Karen is a domain expert in fluid bed processing and materials science. Before joining SEP, Karen co-founded ALD NanoSolutions and served as CTO for 20 years, developing cutting-edge atomic layer deposition technology. Karen has a proven track record in technology development, project management, and research execution. She is an author of several peer-reviewed publications in electrochemistry, chemical engineering, atomic layer deposition, and other research areas and is named inventor on multiple patents. 

Karen holds a BE from Vanderbilt University and a PhD from the University of Colorado Boulder, both in Chemical Engineering.
