Michael Burn

Partner, Chief Revenue Officer

Michael Burn joined Saoradh Enterprise Partners in 2024 as an Executive Advisor before stepping into his role as Partner and Chief Revenue Officer. Burn has nearly 30 years of revenue leadership experience across the most capital intensive industries in the global economy. Relevant to SEP, Burn has deep subject expertise in energy-focused research and advisory firms ranging from Cambridge Energy Research Associates to IHS (now, S&P Global).

Career highlights include architecting a comprehensive go-to-market redesign of an $800 million region, spanning all territories and account assignments for 500+ sales professionals. Burn led sales due diligence for multiple acquisitions and integrations, representing $2+ billion of transactions. Finally, Burn led government affairs replacing a $3.2 million contract, lost to sequestration, with a new $4.1 million award.

Burn holds a BS in Finance and Accountacy from DePaul University and a MS in Global Energy Management from University of Colorado-Denver.

Burn is keenly focused on his family and spends most free moments in a rink or on the sidelines of a pitch coaching determination, grit, integrity, and teamwork to his children.

Delaney Khung

Delaney Khung is an Analyst at SEP. Delaney was part of SEP’s 2020 summer intern cohort before becoming a full-time analyst in 2021. She has a strong background in economics and environmental studies and has been vital in developing SEP’s IFR system, including mapping hubs and contributing to client projects. Delaney splits her time between SEP and assignments designated by Jeffrey Sachs at the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network.

Delaney holds a BA in Economics and Environmental Studies (magna cum laude) from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her undergraduate honors thesis examined how property rights impact a country’s ability to manage carbon emissions.
