Gayle Jackson

Dr. Gayle Jackson is President and CEO of Energy Global, a consulting firm that advises companies on corporate development, diversification, and government relations strategies, principally in the energy industry. Gayle has been engaged in the energy industry for over 40 years, working in industrial energy management at Ralston Purina, strategic planning and international marketing at Peabody Energy, and corporate development at FE Clean Energy. Gayle has advised energy companies ranging from early-stage to Fortune 100 on growth, corporate venturing, and partnering strategies. Her areas of expertise include renewable energy, demand management, energy efficiency, and grid modernization. She is a past Deputy Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

Gayle was a Fulbright Scholar, receiving a BA with honors from Smith College and an MA and PhD from Washington University. She has served as an independent director of various companies, including Ameren Corp, Atlas Pipeline Partners, and Atlas Energy. Gayle was previously Chair of the Board of the Research Corporation for Science Advancement. She is Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Women Corporate Directors, St. Louis Chapter.
